the product or service as described here within this web site to the fullest extent of our abilities; 8:1 guide to client ratio; ferry transportation to your correct destination for the correct number of participants; a guide that will meet you at the pier at Santa Cruz Island if not at Island Packers Company in Ventura, CA; a guide that will be on time and fully prepared for your trip; you will receive a paddle, life jacket, and seat with your kayak rental; you will receive a wetsuit, paddle jacket, life jacket, helmet, paddle, and backrest on your island kayaking trip; your guide will make a safe judgment based upon the current conditions at the time of your scheduled departure; your guide will provide you with a thorough safety orientation and paddle demonstration (you may be asked to sign a proof of orientation); customer service that is friendly and also helpful.

NOTE: This guarantee does not apply to the following situations: If a client fails to arrive on time and misses the island ferry; if a client gets sea-sick and chooses voluntarily not to participate in the kayak trip; if a client reschedules or cancels within 7 days of scheduled departure; if conditions do not permit safe sea cave entry.
