Channel Islands Outfitters (CIO) is a guide owned and operated company, and we love what we do!
In fact three of us working at Paddle Sports of Santa Barbara liked what we did sooo much, we took on the ownership role at the end of 2010. Since then we have been hard at work to create an ethical business that provides amazing experiences and protects the natural places those experiences take place in.

It is our mission to save the oceans and natural places by fostering an understanding of them through education, adventure, and outdoor experiences.
