Hiking/Kayaking at San Miguel Island:
With favorable conditions, we will kayak the inside waters at San Miguel Island and land at the beach in Cuyler's Harbor and hike up Nidever Canyon to the Cabrillo monument and beyond.

HikingSanta Rosa Island:
Anchoring in Southeast Anchorage you can either kayak or skiff to the beach where we will hike to the Torrey Pine Forest, one of only two in the world. Along the way we will pass many Native American trash middens that offer a look into the past when these islands where inhabited by the Chumash Indians.

Diving:

Surrounding each Island a mile offshore is the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary and the start of the Channel Islands National Park. These underwater preserves teem with life, almost moreso than on shore. Gigantic kelp forests shade and shelter a variety of invertebrates and rockfish. The Channel Islands have been rated one of the top temperate-water diving locations on Earth.
