These trips do not require any previous kayaking experience, but y ou must know how to swim. We will teach you kayaking basics and how to re-enter your kayak prior to getting on the water.

Our Guides:
Paddle Sports employs and trains friendly outdoor professionals that specialize in leading and teaching groups of kayakers with little or no experience.

Kids:
We can accomodate all ages over 5. Children under 12 will be in tandem kayaks with their parent or guardian for the duration of the trip.

The Truth is operated by Truth Aquatics out of Santa Barbara California. Truth Aquatics is a licensed concessionaire to the Channel Islands National Park and has been operating tours of the Channel Islands for over 30 years. You can be assured you are in capable and competent hands.

Aboard the Truth you will find: food

Sleeping Quarters:

The Bunk Room

Described on previous trips as "bunk room" style living quarters, your sleeping arrangements are private but cozy. The horseshoe style bunk room sleeps up to 30 passengers (we only sell 20 spaces) in curtain closed single and double bunks. Each bunk is equipped with a pillow and a blanket and a reading light, we suggest you bring your own bedding for comfort. Bunks are two and three high, and are first come-first serve. No wet gear is allowed into sleeping quarters.
